Event registrations are subject to the rules, waivers, and policies of each individual event organizer. Eventracers provides the registration platform but does not guarantee race slots until an organizer confirms your entry.
Payment instructions are set by event organizers. You are responsible for submitting accurate payment references and required documents. Refund policies are determined by each event unless otherwise stated.
Organizers are responsible for accurate event information, lawful collection of participant data, and compliance with applicable race and safety regulations.
Eventracers is provided as-is. We are not liable for event cancellations, injuries, payment disputes between participants and organizers, or losses arising from use of the platform.
